The following describe the base setup for enabling Contracts.  There are two ways to leverage Contracts.

  1. Using PO – “Purchasing Contracts” – Integrate contract terms with a Contract Purchase Agreement, PO, or Sourcing document.
  2. Using full blown Contracts – “Repository Contracts” –
    1. Created in using the Workbench.
    2. Can include:
      1. License agreements
      2. non-disclosure agreements (NDA)
      3. merger agreements
      4. purchase agreements
      5. sales agreements
    3. Are outside normal purchasing flows and full execution capabilities are not required
